“This was one of my highlights from my Porto trip. After touring the city for a whole day, it was so nice to spend my second day of the trip outside in nature. Our guide, originally from the Czech Republic, was wonderful and spoke so many languages to accommodate everyone. The hike was moderate in level - remember to pack plenty of water as it's hot! Getting to the lagoons was bliss and we had almost 2 hours to swim and eat our packed lunches. The special surprise about this excursion was all the great people we were able to meet and befriend from all around the world!”

The rappels (abseiling) were short--this was more slides and jumps in a beautiful canyon. I agree with the reviewer who said this would be harder for someone without some sort of regular physical activity. But if you do, you will have a great time.”

“Terrific day out in the national park. After a 1.5 hour drive from Porto, we arrived at the first stop: kayaking on a beautiful lake and an opportunity to swim in a secluded beach area. From there we had a hearty 3 course lunch and set off up the mountain for a brief hike down to the waterfall. The six of us in the group were the only people there and got to bathe in the crystal clear and refreshing water. Marianna was an incredible guide - very informative, excellent English and a very safe driver. Highly recommended tour!”
