“TLDR: Tour cancelled due to low numbers. No good alternative offered. No help with refund. Poor and dismissive customer service. Avoid. Sadly the tour jad to he cancelled. This was understandable as the minimum number hadn't been met. This was in my terms and conditions and I was understanding. The T&Cs stated that I could get an alternative tour or a full refund. The tour offered was the big bus tour, which retails at significantly less than my tour. No mention of a partial refund occurred. He only talked when a question was asked for the most part and then didn't always have an answer. He apparently wasn't that familiar with the route, as we turned around often and he had to make phone calls to determine where to go at times. Our main destination was Grand Canyon, of course but it was great that we had also stopped by at Hoover Dam and Seligman. As a Japanese, it's kind of sad to see other Japanese tourists paying a triple amount of money for the ones of less quality just because they're scared of language barriers, and I'd definitely recommend this one over those highly priced Japanese tours as my wife and I had no issues communicating with the tour guide and had a splendid experience!”
