“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”

It’s a good way to see everything in Banff if you stay in Calgary where everything is cheaper than the Banff area. It covers the most attractions although the time is a little tight. Jay and Andy our guides are very professional and passionate. We’ve taken many tours before and these tour guides are the best.”
