This was understandable as the minimum number hadn't been met. This was in my terms and conditions and I was understanding. The T&Cs stated that I could get an alternative tour or a full refund. The tour offered was the big bus tour, which retails at significantly less than my tour. No mention of a partial refund occurred. Our main destination was Grand Canyon, of course but it was great that we had also stopped by at Hoover Dam and Seligman. As a Japanese, it's kind of sad to see other Japanese tourists paying a triple amount of money for the ones of less quality just because they're scared of language barriers, and I'd definitely recommend this one over those highly priced Japanese tours as my wife and I had no issues communicating with the tour guide and had a splendid experience!”
