“First things first, we booked this excursion in English. The tour guide Hugo barely spoke any of it and the little he did was unintelligible. To the point that the other English speaking guests commented the same to us. Most of the tour was in Chinese! Thank God we did not paid for the meal plan as it is basically Chinese food. Bring snacks and be mindful you will not have great meals as the stops don’t give you enough time to find a restaurant or somewhere to eat. The bus was ok, no blinds, no internet. However the driver 5 stars! He new way more than the guide and…”

“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”

“This was my first trip, and I was solo internationally at that. David Wei (tour guide) and Jones (driver) were both excellent guides. David kept everyone on time and provided great history and facts about all the tourist attractions we visited. There were zero logistical issues on their sides, the few issues we had were due to the attendees (left their bag somewhere, or got lost, stuff like that). The guides made the trip very memorable trip!”

“This was a fantastic trip. A very busy full 4 days. We saw so much amazing scenery and visited gorgeous places. The tour is very well organized. The accomodation is also very nice. Our tour guide was fantastic. The only negative that I have is that I didn't have an English speaking guide. He did speak English but also spoke a lot more in Chinese as my tour had all Chinese people on it. Also I was very disappointed with the food package. I would definately not pay the inflated price next time. It is so much cheaper to purchase your own food when the bus stops at food places.…”
